Notification of a Tap Issuance for the UBS Actively Managed Certificate
linked to the PrivateClient Global Growth Portfolio (the "Notes") - (Series
5).

Noteholders are advised that the JSE has granted UBS AG approval for a Tap
Issuance for the PrivateClient Global Growth Portfolio (the "Reference
Portfolio").

For Portfolio Notes Linked to the PrivateClient Global Growth Portfolio
approval has been granted for an additional 1,000,000 units ("Tranche 4")
to be consolidated and be interchangeable for trading purposes with the
existing issue of 1,000,000 ("Tranche 3"), 500,000 ("Tranche 2") and 500,000
("Tranche 1").
