FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE SPECIAL DIVIDEND


Shareholders are referred to the Company's dividend declaration announcement of 8 June 2026, which included the
declaration of a gross special dividend in the amount of 280 cents per share (the "special dividend"), subject to the
applicable dividends tax levied in terms of the Income Tax Act (Act 58 of 1962) as amended.

The payment of the special dividend is subject to Exchange Control approval, which approval has now been obtained.

The salient dates with regard to the special dividend as announced on 8 June 2026, remain unchanged.
