DISPOSAL OF VACANT LAND BY PPC ZIMBABWE LTD

PPC shareholders are referred to the announcement published on the Stock Exchange News Service on
21 August 2025 ("Disposal Announcement") as well as the further announcement published on
1 September 2025, wherein it was advised that the Company had, via its 88% held subsidiary, PPCZ,
concluded the Disposal Agreement relating to the disposal of the Arlington Property to Transvaal Africa
(Private) Limited ("Purchaser"), for a cash consideration of US$30 million. Unless otherwise defined
herein, the capitalised terms used in this announcement bear the same meaning as those defined in the
Disposal Announcement.

In the Disposal Announcement, shareholders were advised of various milestone events, which needed to
be met within defined timeframes, failing which the Disposal Agreement would automatically lapse and
become null and void. Shareholders are advised that, in order to facilitate the conclusion of all
administrative processes necessary to meet the milestone events, PPCZ and the Purchaser have agreed
to consolidate the milestone events which are all now required to be met by 27 February 2026.
