FURTHER DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF THE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED
28 FEBRUARY 2025

Efora shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 30 May 2025 issued by the Company
on the Stock Exchange News Service wherein the Company indicated that it expected to publish its
financial results for the year ended 28 February 2025 by 30 June 2025 ("EEL 2025 AFS"). Efora
hereby notifies shareholders of a further delay in the release of its results announcement dealing
with the EEL 2025 AFS. The Company expects to publish the EEL 2025 AFS by 31 July 2025. The
delay in the publication of the EEL 2025 AFS will also impact the publication of the Company's
annual report for the year ended 28 February 2025 ("Annual Report"), which is anticipated to be
published by 31 August 2025, subject to the publication of the EEL 2025 AFS within the timeline
stated above.

The Company will provide the shareholders with further updates in due course.
