NOTIFICATION OF PARTIAL CAPITAL REDUCTION OF LISTED DEBT SECURITIES

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Growthpoint’s ZAR30,000,000,000 Amended and Restated
Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, dated 25 October 2019, noteholders are herewith advised of the
partial capital reduction of the GRT67 notes (the “Notes”) effective on 22 September 2026:

Reduction in the nominal amount:                         ZAR765 000 000.00

The partial reduction is due to the repurchase of the respective Notes, with the pay date of the amount
pursuant to the reduction being 16 September 2026.
