CHANGES TO IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements, OGL shareholders
are advised of the following changes to the membership of board
committees effective from 2 June 2026:

   - Mr Marthinus Visser was appointed as a member of the Risk and
     Compliance Committee and the Social and Ethics Committee; and
   - Mr Carel Vosloo was appointed as a member of the Risk and
     Compliance Committee and as an alternate member for Mr Jannie
     Durand on the Remuneration Committee and the Nominations
     Committee.

OGL shareholders are further advised that Mr Raymond Ndlovu has
assumed the role as chairperson of the Remuneration Committee from
Mr Kuben Pillay, who remains a member of the Remuneration
Committee.
