CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY

Mrs Sureya Scheepers, the AVI Company Secretary, will leave the employ of
AVI on 31 August 2025. Ms Vivien Crystal, the AVI Group Legal Executive,
has been appointed as the AVI Company Secretary with effect from 1 September
2025.

The Company's Board of Directors thanks Mrs Scheepers for her contribution
to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
