NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE

Noteholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 12 October 2026 and 19 October
2026 respectively.

MIP9 wishes to clarify that Mrs Rosalind Mary Friedericksen was appointed solely as a non-executive
director or the Issuer, effective 19 October 2026. Mrs. Friederickson was already a member of the
audit committee of the holding company prior to the director appointment.

Furthermore, in accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities
Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised that Mr Mpho Philemon Ledwaba was appointed as a
member of the audit committee of the holding company, replacing Mr Brian Smith, with effect from
19 October 2026.
