CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES

Pursuant to paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board of Directors of the
Company hereby informs shareholders that Dr Nkateko Munisi, who is currently serving as a
non-executive director of the Company, has resigned from his position as a member of the
Investment Committee and has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee,
both effective from 24 February 2026.

The Remuneration Committee now comprises the following members:

    1. Ms C Mokoena
    2. Dr N Munisi
    3. A le Roux

This appointment forms part of the Board's ongoing review of Board committee compositions
to ensure appropriate skills and experience across all committees. Dr Nkateko Munisi will
continue to serve as a member and Chairperson of the Social and Ethics Committee.
