noteholders are hereby advised that Iain Williamson's tenure as Old Mutual Limited ("Old
Mutual") CEO will end at the conclusion of the Old Mutual Limited Annual General Meeting
("AGM") on 30 May 2025, and he will consequently be stepping down from the board of
OMLACSA, with effect from close of business of the AGM on 30 May 2025.
