CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that Mr Piet Viljoen has resigned as a non-executive director of the Board of directors
of Astoria ("the Board"), with immediate effect, to pursue his personal and other business interests.

The Board would like to thank Piet for his dedication and contribution towards the Company and its
shareholders over the years and wishes him well.

Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.

This announcement is issued in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, and
