NOTIFICATION OF RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In accordance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board of
Directors of the Company ("Board") hereby advises shareholders that Ms. Mary-Anne
Musekiwa ("Mary-Anne") has tendered her resignation as Executive Director and Chief
Financial Officer of the Company, in order to pursue an international career opportunity. Mary-
Anne's resignation is effective as of 30 November 2025.

The Board will imminently commence a thorough process to appoint a new Chief Financial
Officer, and shareholders will be advised of the same in due course.

The Board acknowledges and extends its appreciation to Mary-Anne for her contributions
towards the continued successes of the Company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
