Confirmation of changes in beneficial interests in securities of a director

Maximus Corporation (Pty) Ltd ("Maximus") is an associate of Mr Johannes Cornelis van Niekerk ("Jan"), a non-
executive director of Astoria. Jan is an indirect beneficial shareholder of Maximus, which has exposure to 9 584 296
Astoria ordinary shares.

Shareholders are advised that, following a restructure of his shareholdings in his private investment vehicles ("the
Restructure"), Jan's indirect beneficial exposure to Astoria shares through Maximus has changed. The Restructure,
which became effective on 30 September 2025, did not result in any trades in Astoria shares by Maximus itself.

In compliance with paragraph 3.63 of the Listings Requirements, Jan's indirect beneficial exposure to Astoria shares
through Maximus has increased from 6.18% to 10.33%.


Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.

This notice is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rules 11.3 and 11.17, and Rule 5(1) of the Securities (Disclosure
