Shareholders are advised that, following a restructure of his shareholdings in his private investment vehicles ("the Restructure"), Jan's indirect beneficial exposure to Astoria shares through Maximus has changed. The Restructure, which became effective on 30 September 2025, did not result in any trades in Astoria shares by Maximus itself.
