DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES

Shareholders are advised that on 25 July 2025, Silverpoint Capital, L.P. ("Silverpoint Capital"),
notified Pepkor that Silverpoint Capital increased its beneficial interest in the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company, such that the total beneficial interest held by Silverpoint Capital
increased from 0% to 8.51% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel, per
section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, 2008.

The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
