DEALINGS IN TERMS OF THE 2024 BONUS SHARE OWNERSHIP SCHEME (BSOP)

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that FirstRand has
acquired 547 613 ordinary shares in the open market to satisfy the obligations of the awards granted to BSOP
participants. The acquired shares have been transferred to the participants' restricted accounts, pre-tax and
less the cost of acquisition. These shares are deferred and only vest in September 2027, at which point the
total value of the shares will be subject to income tax deductions.

The ordinary shares were acquired at a volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of R89.09 per ordinary share.
with the total transaction value amounting to R48 786 842.17. The VWAP, highest price and lowest price for
the various trades by FirstRand is detailed below. Clearance to trade has been obtained.
