HOLDINGS EXECUTIVE SHARE PLAN, SHORT-TERM DEFERRED INCENTIVE AND RETENTION SHARE
AWARDS AND DEALING IN SECURITIES
In terms of paragraphs 6.77 to 6.80 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“Listings Requirements”),
Shoprite Holdings gives notice that its executive directors, an associate of an executive director, directors of its
major subsidiary and the company secretary have dealt in securities of the Company, after having received
clearance to do so in terms of paragraph 6.83 of the Listings Requirements.
Details of the transactions are provided below:
